Where They Were

Sally Schultz had been supporting Adelaide children and families as a speech pathologist for over thirty years. The practice was built on warmth, history, a child-led approach, and the kind of genuine care that turns clients into decades-long relationships.
But it had been running under a personal name, not a business one. No brand identity. No website. Just word of mouth, reputation, and the trust Sally had built family by family. Now her daughter Rebecca was stepping in to lead the next chapter, and the practice needed a proper identity to grow into.

What It Was Costing Them

The families who knew Sally already knew Sally. What was missing was the ability for the practice to be found by the parents who did not have a personal recommendation yet.
The parents Googling paediatric speech therapy in Adelaide at 11pm, worried about their child, needing to feel like they had found the right place before they made contact.
Without a brand and a website, those families had no way to meet the practice. And the practice had no way to grow beyond the word-of-mouth ceiling that had carried it for thirty years.

What We Built Together

A full brand identity and a Framer-built website designed to speak directly to parents navigating these moments for the first time.
Warm, considered, and immediately reassuring. Built to reflect three decades of care and expertise without leaning on the past. Built for a practice entering a new chapter with a new leader, and needing to signal both continuity and growth.
The site does the work Rebecca used to do in first phone calls. It helps families feel confident they are in the right place before they ever make contact.

What Happened After

Twelve new client families have come on board in the six months since launch. Website traffic is climbing month over month. New enquiries are coming in weekly, from parents who found Explore through search rather than through personal recommendation and the practice is now looking to expand into new schools and bring more clinicians on board.
For a practice that spent thirty years growing through referral alone, this is a different kind of growth. Steady, digital, and reaching families who would never have found the business under the old model.
When a child finds their confidence, everything opens up for them. A brand that helps parents feel confident enough to make the first call is doing work that matters long before the first session begins.
