Within the university, there exists a
pre-existing system; however, several issues render it largely unreliable, leading students to resort to physical transactions. Despite some improvements over time, the implementation of a much-needed online platform in this digital age is not only essential but imperative. Currently, three crucial services within the university system are scattered and fragmented. These services include the online enrollment process, the availability of a streamlined online service, and the necessity for regular updates on the status of students' applications.
