Personal Time for Growth
My mornings always consisted of being stressed and rushed, which led to starting each day in a bad mood. I never had time to have breakfast, do my makeup and hair the way I wanted to, and most importantly: there was no time for myself. However, waking up at 6 A.M. allowed me to have time for myself in the mornings. For example, I was able to exercise which transformed my body to its best shape. I was then eating breakfast every morning since I had the time and put effort into my appearance for work. You'd be surprised on how important looking presentable for the day is because I started to gain respect from my co-workers and such nice treatment from strangers.
