Opto Health: NHS Digital Triage & Patient Streaming Platform

Opto Health is a digital healthcare platform designed to improve patient intake, triage, streaming, and clinical workflows across NHS environments.

I worked across the product stack, contributing to patient-facing applications, clinical workflows, administrative tools, backend services, and third-party integrations.

Healthcare teams needed a faster and more structured way to manage patient arrivals, triage information, referrals, and operational workflows while keeping the experience simple for both patients and clinical staff.

The platform also needed to support integrations with healthcare systems while remaining reliable and scalable in a production environment.
