Project goal I have worked on this project as a part of the Creava team and led the design project.

The client came to me with the following requests:

- create a Real Estate tokenization platform from scratch

- perform detailed UX Audit and research to outline Target Audience and highlight Product advantages on the market

Solution As a main UX Designer, I have created the following materials to outline product-market fit:

- Defined target audience and created Buyer Personas

- Performed competitive Audit to define the pros and cons of competitors

- Created empathy map to better understand Users behavior

- Created a User Journey Map to define the main points of contact between the User and the platform
