With over 40 years of experience, Family Action's team of trained professionals provides confidential and compassionate counselling, social work, and refuge services for children, youth, adults, and families.

Their mission is to empower victim-survivors by providing resources, therapeutic support, and crisis intervention to help them rebuild their lives and achieve a fresh start.

Family Action also offers specific programs and resources, including child and youth support, sexual harm crisis assistance, and family harm crisis support, ensuring tailored care for diverse needs.

Family Action approached the team at Trigger Digital after seeing our successful launch of the updated Man Alive website. They needed a modern website that met the changing needs of their audiences.

The brief was to ensure that the new website focused on the positive outcomes that the team at Family Action constantly works to deliver and to make the website very easy to use.

With ongoing work and consultation with their team through all steps of the project we successfully launched their new website.
