Post-Pandemic Land Use Proposals

During my final semester of law school, I worked with the land use center at my school to discuss ways to bring density bac to cities, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic motivated a lot of people to leave the city. I discussed the benefits of adaptive reuse of historic sites and infill development and how they would help revitalize cities across the United States.
