Honestly, the projects we love most are the ones where we just... help people. And somehow those are the ones that make you feel like your time here actually means something. The thing is, this bread is often baked by elderly locals using ancient techniques passed down for generations. Their craft is quiet, humble, and wildly underappreciated.

So if you're ever in Georgia – visit these spots, watch an old baker pull that bread from the fire, and buy a loaf. It costs almost nothing. The experience is priceless. Took us 1.5 days to build. 😄 The feeling from how many people loved the idea? Still going. ♾️
