Campus Eats is a user-friendly application for ordering meals from on-campus eateries, and student vendors. Our goal was to enhance convenience, efficiency and satisfaction for students, faculty and restaurant owners.

Empathizing with Users. I conducted extensive user research to understand the problem faced by both users and vendors on university campuses. Insights gathered helped me to understand the users more. Personas, user stories, user journeys were all developed in this stage

Define and Ideation: Used How Might We technique to translate problems into opportunities and sparked up ideas for solutions. Also used the crazy eights activity to come up with multiple design ideas

Design(Testing and Prototyping): Designed wireframes to present to stakeholders. High fidelity designs were also designed after approval from stakeholders. Usability studies were carried out on final prototypes to make the design meets user needs.
