Demonstration, not a paid client engagement

This case study documents my existing AI-assisted spreadsheet-cleanup demonstration using fictional business data.

The problem

The sample contains eight source rows, including two duplicate records. The aim is to make the list easier to use while showing exactly what changed.

The demonstrated result

Before: 8 source rows.
After: 6 unique records.
Two duplicate rows removed.
These are counts from a fictional demonstration, not a claim about a client's revenue, time savings or operational performance.

Delivery process for a small CSV-cleanup project

Confirm the input format and scope, preserve the original file, remove exact full-row duplicates, and return a cleaned CSV with a row-count audit. Keep dates, amounts and other cell values unchanged unless a separate change is agreed. Flag values needing review rather than guessing.
The current delivery workflow is limited to one UTF-8 CSV file under 2 MB, with up to 1,000 data rows and 10 columns. It does not perform fuzzy matching, merge similar names, change formulas or rewrite ambiguous dates.

What a client receives

A cleaned CSV, a change log showing original and final row counts and removed duplicate-row references, and notes for review. The source file is preserved.
