Minimalist Academy — An Skill Assessment App for Measure Student

As a UI/UX Designer, I led the development of "Minimalist Academy," a mobile application designed to provide objective skill assessments for participants in a learning academy. This initiative aimed to replace subjective self-reflections with standardized evaluations, thereby enhancing mentors' ability to monitor and support student progress.

- User Research: Conducted in-depth discussions with clients and observed participant interactions to identify challenges in the existing self-assessment process.

- Problem Definition: Analyzed findings to pinpoint key issues, including participants' uncertainty about their comprehension of the material and mentors' difficulties in accurately assessing student understanding.

- Design and Prototyping: Developed user flows and sitemaps to create an intuitive assessment experience that aligns with established learning standards.

- Client Collaboration: Engaged in continuous communication with stakeholders to ensure the design met both user needs and business objectives.

- Although user testing was conducted by the client, I provided guidance on testing methodologies and iterated on the design based on preliminary feedback.

- Transition from Notion to Proprietary Platform:

- Collaborated with the development team to ensure seamless integration of existing data into the new application.

- Ensuring User Engagement:

- Implemented gamification elements to motivate participants and enhance the assessment experience.

Delivered a comprehensive design prototype for the Minimalist Academy app, featuring:
