Lofani.de is a forward-thinking fashion e-commerce brand. Like many scaling retail businesses, they were growing faster than their operations could handle.
The Problem: "The Spreadsheet Trap"

The Solution: A Centralized AI Backend
I architected a custom "Operating System" using Airtable as the core database and AI Automation as the workforce. This wasn't just a database; it was a living ecosystem connecting every part of the business.

I built a friction-free upload system. Designers now submit sketches and tech packs via a branded portal. The system automatically tags the files, assigns a SKU, and notifies the production team—zero emails required.

We replaced WhatsApp updates with a dedicated Supplier Board. Manufacturers now have a clear view of their assigned orders and can update statuses (e.g., "Cutting," "Sewing," "Shipped") with one click. This feeds real-time data back to the HQ.

This was the game-changer. I integrated OpenAI to read the real-time status from the Supplier Board. When a customer asks, "Where is my order?", the AI agent drafts a personalized, accurate response based on the actual production stage, ready for review or auto-sending.
4. The Founder’s "God Mode" Dashboard 📊
For the leadership, I built a high-level interface that aggregates everything. The founder can now see live sales, active production bottlenecks, and design progress in a single view, enabling data-driven decisions in seconds, not hours.
