NetSuite Live Dashboard: Orders, Bills & KPIs

Developed a real-time, role-specific dashboard within NetSuite to monitor and manage live Purchase Orders, Bills, and key A/P metrics. Customized multiple saved searches filtered by vendor, overdue status, and date ranges, then embedded them directly into the dashboard using KPI scorecards, trend graphs, and summary tiles. Conditional formatting was applied to aging buckets with red/yellow/green visual flags based on days overdue, instantly surfacing critical issues. Layout was optimized for accounting and operational leads to view orders and outstanding balances without drilling into records—cutting review time significantly. Outcome: streamlined approvals, improved visibility, and faster vendor payment prioritization.
