This event was moved online due to the pandemic and needed an updated logo as well as event production, budget management, scripting, and speaker coordination. Using my background as a tv news producer, I scripted the event tightly to keep it informative and efficient for viewers and speakers, and worked with a low-cost broadcast tool to produce it. We conducted several run-throughs with hosts and moderators to ensure everything ran smoothly.
