This project is a conceptual design exploration for a mobile application that simplifies the visa journey for global travelers and Indonesian citizens. The goal is to reimagine how people apply, track, and manage visas by transforming a typically complex process into an intuitive, digital-first experience.

The design focuses on building a user-friendly and trustworthy platform where travelers can:

• Explore different visa categories

• Apply directly through the app

• Track their application status in real-time

• Store and manage important documents securely

With a clean, modern interface and clear information hierarchy, the app aims to reduce friction, boost confidence, and provide a stress-free experience for users around the world.

Users were immediately directed to a login page after downloading the app.

• This created a barrier to entry, as users had to log in before exploring the app.

• It limited engagement and made the experience feel restrictive and transactional from the start.

Users are now welcomed with a homepage showcasing key services and features.

• They can explore content freely and understand the app’s value before logging in.

• Login is only required once a service is selected, making the flow more user-friendly, engaging, and intuitive.

• This approach reduces friction and encourages exploration.

I explored multiple design variations to test different:

• Layouts for better information hierarchy

• Visual styles that balance trustworthiness with modern appeal

• Color palettes that evoke clarity and approachability

• Interaction patterns for smoother user journeys

These explorations helped refine the final direction while ensuring both usability and visual impact.
