🌐 Project Scope:

I partnered with a real estate company(Ecoestate) to create a landing page that would not only showcase their properties but also drive conversions. The goal was to design an online experience that would capture leads and ultimately result in more sales.

Problem: Websites today need to do more than just look good. They need to be easy for people to use, and they need to tell a story. Businesses, especially those focusing on things like sustainable living, need a way to show what they do clearly. Their existing landing page wasn't effectively showcasing their properties or capturing visitor information. It lacked a clear call to action and didn't provide a seamless user experience.

What I Did: I designed this website with a focus on making information easy to find and understand. It's got a clean layout, so people can quickly see the key details. I made sure the design highlights the eco-friendly aspects of the business, using visuals and clear sections. I also thought about how users would move through the site, to make it simple and smooth. Selected visuals that highlight the unique selling points of their properties.

Crafted persuasive calls to action that encourage visitors to inquire or schedule viewings.

Ensured the page is mobile-friendly and easy to navigate on any device.

Implemented a lead capture form to gather valuable contact information.

This design has helped the real estate company increase leads and sales. By creating a landing page that's both beautiful and functional, they've been able to attract more potential buyers and convert them into satisfied clients.
