Caseflood.ai is an AI platform that automates client intake and follow-ups for law firms using AI agents like Luna. After being accepted into Y Combinator Winter 2025, the team needed a fast, professional, and conversion-focused website to match their momentum.

Another team member handled the design, but I was brought on to develop and implement the new website in Framer replacing their older, sluggish, animation-heavy version.

Their previous site:

Had excessive and unoptimized animations that lagged on most devices

Was slow to load

The user interface and experience did not reflect the credibility of a YC-backed startup

Was difficult to maintain or update internally

They needed a fast, clean, and scalable marketing site , built in a no-code environment that still allowed rich interactivity.

As the Framer developer, I handled:

Site development based on the new UI design provided
