Overview
WEARE is a modern oversized clothing brand focused on humanity, comfort, and calm confidence.
The goal of this project was to build a complete brand foundation and a conversion-focused eCommerce website that feels premium, minimal, and scalable.
The Problem
WEARE did not have a clear brand system.
Without defined guidelines, logo rules, and a structured website, the brand risked looking inconsistent and generic as it grows.
The challenge was to:
Create a strong and timeless brand identity
Design a logo that works on clothing and digital platforms
Build an eCommerce experience that sells without feeling aggressive
My Role
I worked as a Full-Stack Brand & Web Designer, responsible for:
Brand strategy and visual direction
Logo design and usage system
Brand guideline creation
eCommerce website and UX design
Process
1. Brand Foundation
I started by defining the core values of WEARE — humanity, simplicity, and calm confidence.
This helped shape every visual and UX decision.What I Did
2. Logo Design
Minimal and modern logo
Designed to feel calm and human
Works across clothing, tags, and digital platforms
Built a system that works across clothes, website, and content
I created clear rules for logo usage, spacing, and sizing.
3. Brand Guideline
I built a practical brand guideline that includes:
Color palette and usage
Typography system
Logo do’s and don’ts
Tone and visual consistency rules
This ensures the brand stays consistent across all touchpoints.
4. eCommerce Website Design
The website was designed with a conversion-focused mindset:
Clean product layouts
Strong typography and spacing
Mobile-first experience
Simple user flow from product discovery to checkout
