THE PROJECT
The primary objective of this landing page is to generate pre-orders for the upcoming multiplayer action RPG, "Aether Story". The landing page needs to capture player interest, highlight the game's unique features, and drive pre-orders through a special pre-order bonus offer.
The ideal customer is a gamer who enjoys immersive fantasy worlds, character customization, and challenging combat. They are likely familiar with other popular action MMORPG titles and follow gaming news and trailers. They are comfortable pre-ordering games digitally and appreciate bonus content.
VISUAL DESIGN
By using Finsweet's Client-First Style System, I focused on building a landing page that engages Aether Story's ideal player. This will ensure that the Landing Page effectively captures players' interest and aligns perfectly with the client's goals of generating pre-orders and building anticipation for their next title.
I used Cinzel's bold and classic, almost royal, feel for the headings, to grab the players attention and establish a strong presence for the game. This serif font remains perfectly readable even at larger sizes, ideal for prominent titles. Roboto, the chosen font for body text, ensure easy navigation and information comprehension for players.
I combined these colors to not only immerse players in the world of Aether Story, but also to create a balanced and visually appealing composition. This carefully chosen palette creates a cohesive experience, immersing players in Aether Story and fueling their anticipation for the adventure that awaits.
FINAL PRODUCT
The landing page aims to inform the players about the upcoming title by transporting them into the game's world. Thanks to the images and the colors, the buyer will be able to have a preview of how the game feels, this will ignite their excitement and encourage them to embark on their own epic journey.
