Create an engaging landing page to attract and convert people to work at Camarote Salvador during Carnaval — the most iconic VIP space of Brazil's biggest party.

Primary Challenges Identified:

Strong competition for Carnaval-related work (high demand).
Diverse profile of applicants (from bartenders to event staff to entertainers).
Aligning with the premium and exclusive positioning of Camarote Salvador while remaining approachable.
Conveying the "once-in-a-lifetime" experience of working there.

Carnaval job market behavior (temporary, festive, highly social).
Visual language aligned with nightlife, music festivals, and Brazilian culture.
