BATM - Bifrost API Gateway TLM Migration

I was a part of migration of 80% of Broadcom API Gateway to a home-grown implementation, resulting in significant performance and scalability improvements for our client's home network services. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with multiple application teams to gather requirements and worked closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that met their needs.

To ensure smooth operations, I monitored and analyzed traffic using tools like Looker and Grafana. I also worked closely with application teams to troubleshoot any issues that arose during the migration process and performed manual configuration tasks using Git Bash when necessary. I was actively involved in making required modifications to the codebase to ensure seamless integration.

In addition to technical responsibilities, I effectively managed and directed a remote team of 5 members. By fostering collaboration and maintaining open lines of communication, we were able to overcome challenges and achieve our project goals. I also utilized Jira as a project management tool to track project timelines, manage tasks and issues, and ensure successful and timely delivery of all project deliverables.

Overall, this experience highlights my technical expertise in API Gateway migration, strong project management skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in utilizing tools like Looker, Grafana, Git Bash, and Jira to drive project success.
