Deskhub is a customer support management platform designed to help businesses efficiently track, manage, and resolve customer issues from a single dashboard. It enables support teams to organize tickets, assign them to agents, monitor response and resolution times, and measure customer satisfaction.
By centralizing customer interactions and support workflows, Deskhub helps teams stay organized, reduce response delays, and maintain consistent service quality. The platform is built for internal use by admins and support agents, giving managers full visibility into support performance while allowing agents to focus on resolving issues quickly and effectively.

The system provides a centralized Tickets Navigation screen where all support tickets are listed with key details such as subject, customer name, assigned agent, status, priority, and last updated time. From this screen, admins can create new tickets, assign them to agents, and track progress in real time.
