Designed and developed a robust three-side-facing application (Business, Client, Admin) using Angular, Ionic, and NestJS, enabling seamless interaction across user roles with a unified backend architecture. Built and mentored a cross-functional team of 5 engineers-established coding standards and agile methodologies, improving delivery timelines by 30%. Defined and executed the platform’s technical vision, creating a scalable architecture that smoothly handled 5x traffic spikes during peak periods. Successfully integrated with India Stack APIs (e.g., Aadhaar, DigiLocker), ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining system performance and reliability. Oversaw infrastructure, deployment, and security protocols to ensure system integrity, scalability, and alignment with evolving business objectives.
