Book Reading App with Crypto Rewards

As the Lead UX Designer at Metamatn, I was deeply involved in creating Readcoin, an innovative app that rewards users for reading. The goal was to seamlessly blend the joy of reading with the excitement of earning rewards, providing book lovers a unique, engaging experience. My role encompassed everything from initial concept development to final design implementation, ensuring the app was intuitive and enjoyable for users.

I began the project by conducting comprehensive user research to understand the needs and motivations of our target audience—avid readers and tech-savvy users interested in the intersection of literature and digital rewards. Through interviews and surveys, I gathered valuable insights into what would make an app like Readcoin appealing and engaging. This research informed the development of user personas, which were critical in guiding the design process.

Once we understood our users, I led the effort to structure the app’s information architecture. The goal was to create a seamless flow, allowing users to easily navigate between discovering new books, tracking their reading progress, and earning rewards. I developed wireframes that prioritized ease of use and clear data visualization, ensuring users could interact with the app effortlessly.
