Enhancing Conversion Rates for a Luxury Pet Brand

Objective:

The primary aim of this project was to significantly improve conversion rates on the Shopify store, thereby increasing overall sales derived from both existing traffic and paid advertising efforts.

Strategy:

To achieve this goal, we implemented a well-planned combination of landing page creation, conversion rate optimisation, and creative strategy. Our approach involved devising, planning, and executing a series of successful experiments while prioritising resources to test high-impact areas of the customer journey.

Execution:

We conducted these experiments on smaller sample sizes of the audience to effectively balance risk versus reward. Once our hypotheses were validated through positive results, we deployed these changes to the remaining audience, allowing us to compound the new incremental revenue.

Results:

One particularly noteworthy experiment demonstrated the effectiveness of our strategy. Our carefully crafted messaging optimisations drove an astonishing additional 178% in incremental revenue per visitor for the brand. This led to a substantial boost in site performance and overall profitability.

Conclusion:
