The primary aim of the project was to significantly improve conversion rates on the Shopify store, thereby increasing overall sales derived from both existing traffic and paid advertising efforts for a luxury pet brand.

This was going to be achieved through a well-planned combination of landing page creation, conversion rate optimisation and creative strategy.

For the brand we devised, planned and executed a number of successful experiments, prioritising resources to testing on high-impact areas of the customer journey.

These experiments were run to smaller sample sizes of the audience to balance risk vs reward. Once hypotheses were validated by positive results, we then deployed these changes to the remaining audience to compound the new incremental revenue across the audience.

In one particularly noteworthy experiment alone, our carefully crafted messaging optimisations were able to drive an astonishing additional 178% of incremental revenue per visitor for the brand, which in turn provided a substantial and healthy boost to site performance and overall profitability.

As a result of these concerted efforts, we were able to achieve an impressive growth in sales by 25% year on year for two consecutive years.
