Objective

The goal was to enhance customer engagement, increase repeat purchases, and maximize online sales through a comprehensive email marketing strategy in Klaviyo—combining optimized campaigns with intelligent automation flows.

Strategy and Implementation

At the start of the engagement, Happy Feet Plus had a large but underutilized subscriber base and lacked structured automations. We began by conducting a comprehensive audit of their Klaviyo account to identify gaps in flow logic, content strategy, and audience management.
Our next step was to rebuild and optimize all essential flows—Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, and Post-Purchase—while crafting new audience-specific campaigns designed to drive conversions. The messaging was personalized, behavior-based, and aligned with customer buying intent.
Additionally, we implemented data-driven segmentation, separating first-time shoppers, repeat customers, and inactive subscribers to ensure that each group received communication tailored to their stage in the buying journey. This structure enabled more consistent engagement and better conversion predictability.
