Financial Model for a Sports Magazine

Created a 3 Statement Financial Model for a private client who was looking to start a sports magazine.

The model was a forecast for the next five years.

It incorporated assumptions, scenarios, the main body and summary which were all linked.

Through the balance sheet, income statement and cashflow statement I was able to create a forecast of the revenues, expenses, profits, assets, liabilities and cashflows. I analyzed the business and assessed areas where costs could be reduced to improve business performance.

I looked at ratios, depreciation, working capital, income taxes and several other aspects of the business that were all linked enabling a clear picture of the proposed business to be Assembled.
