Khaan is a multivendor eCommerce platform designed to help local manufacturers and regional brands reach customers through a unified digital marketplace. The system supports vendors, customers, logistics, and operations across one connected ecosystem. The current case study already frames it as a regional multivendor marketplace for local manufacturers and thousands of brands.

Local manufacturers and smaller producers in the MENA region often struggled with limited digital infrastructure, marketplace reach, and operational scale. The challenge was to build a fast, scalable marketplace that supports thousands of vendors, regional logistics, and intuitive user experiences across both web and mobile. That is already the core problem statement on the current page.

We built Khaan as a modular multivendor platform using Laravel, React, and Flutter. The system supports vendor storefront management, order handling, product visibility, and customer shopping through one connected experience. The current case study already highlights a modular multi-tenant system, vendor management, unified shopping, regional payments, logistics APIs, and mobile synchronization.

I led system architecture, development strategy, feature planning, and cross-platform coordination.
