A regional multivendor eCommerce platform designed to empower local manufacturers and connect thousands of regional brands under one digital marketplace.

Local manufacturers and small producers in MENA struggled to compete with global platforms due to limited digital infrastructure and reach. The challenge was to build a scalable marketplace that supports thousands of vendors, handles regional logistics, and creates visibility for locally made products — all while maintaining fast performance and intuitive user experience across web and mobile.

We built Khaan, a multivendor platform combining Laravel, React, and Flutter into a modular, multi-tenant system capable of serving vendors in multiple regions and currencies. Each vendor can manage their own storefront, orders, and analytics while customers shop through a unified, seamless interface.

I led the system architecture and development strategy, working on:

Multi-tenant architecture design and database schema planning

Vendor onboarding automation and admin dashboards

Integration of regional payment gateways and logistics APIs

Flutter mobile app synchronization with the main Laravel backend

Scalable deployment with CI/CD and caching optimization

We began by defining vendor journeys and regional user flows, then built a modular API layer to serve both the web and mobile apps. Testing included simulated transactions and delivery scenarios to ensure reliability under high concurrency. I managed a distributed team through Agile sprints, using GitHub Projects and automated deployments for continuous iteration.
