The Vision

The objective of the Regent Row project was to improve conversion performance for paid traffic by creating a more focused, conversion-driven experience. The client was running ads directly to a product page, but conversions were underperforming. The goal was to restructure the funnel and design a dedicated landing page that would better communicate value, reduce friction, and increase purchase intent.

The Approach

Rather than attempting minor optimizations on the existing product page, I recommended a strategic shift: directing paid traffic to a dedicated landing page built specifically for conversion. The client identified two key products they wanted to push, and the initial strategy focused on presenting both products within a single, cohesive landing page to test performance.
The process began with designing the page in Figma, with a strong emphasis on layout hierarchy, messaging clarity, and conversion flow. The design was then developed using Instant, for Shopify ensuring fast performance and flexibility for iteration.
After launching and monitoring ad performance, we identified an opportunity to further optimize results through testing. The single-page layout was split into two separate landing pages—each dedicated to one product—allowing for clearer messaging and more focused user intent.
