Blok, a boutique fitness franchise, is renowned as one of the UK's premier gyms by industry experts and the national media. They are famous for the minimalist Scandinavian design of their studios and friendly atmosphere. However, their digital products did not reflect their vision and style. Also, they needed to pivot to a hybrid model following the pandemic, enhancing the customer's studio experience with digital tools.

I redesigned their mobile app, improving its rating from 1.5 to 4.5 stars on the App Store. I also redesigned their website and other digital brand elements. In addition, I helped make strategic decisions to position BLOK for future success.
