This project involved the complete 3D industrial product design, Onshape CAD modeling, and photorealistic rendering of a heavy-duty double-shaft industrial shredder engineered for extreme durability, high-torque functionality, and continuous material processing. Designed using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, the shredder features a robust structural frame, high-wear interlocking cutting blades, precise gear alignments, and production-ready geometry optimized for heavy machining and welding. The final deliverables included manufacturing-ready CAD files and realistic renders suitable for prototyping, mass production, and product presentations.
