Good Afternoon,
My name is (fill in blank) and I am the PR Director for Schoolhouse Cyber Group. I am reaching out to inform you of the upcoming changes that will come Fall 2023. Schoolhouse Cyber Group is an organization that creates custom software for elementary, middle, and secondary schools. We have worked with many school districts across the state (including Dallas, Arlington, Plano, & Austin) and I am happy to share that next year we will be working with Waco Independent School District!
Our company will design classroom management and grading software that integrates with a number of existing online educational platforms. Our up-to-date software will benefit students and teachers by allowing them to have access to new forms of media that will ensure smoother lesson plans.
Teachers are required to attend one of our information sessions (dates listed below) where we will instruct you on how to use the new software. Pick one of the dates and register online for your session. No preliminary action is required from students, because they will be taught how to work with and understand the program at school.

June 15, 2023 - 5:00pm
June 16, 2023 - 5:00pm
June 17, 2023 - 12:30pm

Wrote and edited an email for a K-12 school that was sent to an array of recipients including school faculty, parents, board of directors, and students.
