Crea Preventivi is a SaaS platform designed to simplify the way freelancers, professionals, and small businesses create, manage, and send proposals to their clients.

The idea behind the project was simple... creating a professional quote shouldn't require complicated software, repetitive manual work, or unnecessary administrative steps.

The platform brings together proposal creation, client management, product and service catalogs, and business organization in one intuitive workspace.

For many freelancers and small businesses, preparing quotes is still a fragmented process. Information is often spread across documents, spreadsheets, emails, and different tools, making it difficult to maintain consistency and keep track of proposals.

Existing business management platforms can also be unnecessarily complex for professionals who simply need to create and send a quote.

The challenge was to design a solution that would be simple enough for everyday use while offering the structure and flexibility needed to support different business needs.

I designed and developed Crea Preventivi as a centralized platform where users can manage the entire proposal creation process without switching between multiple tools.

The experience focuses on simplicity, clear navigation, and reducing repetitive tasks.

A streamlined interface that allows users to create, customize, and send professional proposals with minimal effort.

Users can organize their products and services in reusable catalogs, making it faster to prepare new proposals without entering the same information repeatedly.

A dedicated area for organizing client information and keeping proposals connected to the right customers.

A subscription-based business model with multiple plans, including a free tier with defined feature limitations and paid plans offering additional functionality.

A structured workspace that gives users easy access to their proposals, clients, catalogs, and account settings.

A separate administration environment for managing platform users, subscriptions, and internal operations, including a built-in ticket management system for customer support.

The main design priority was to make a potentially complex business process feel simple.

Rather than presenting users with an overwhelming number of tools and options, the interface was structured around the actions they perform most frequently: creating proposals, managing clients, and organizing products or services.

Particular attention was given to clear information hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and consistency across the application.

The platform was also designed to accommodate different user types, with a clear separation between the customer-facing experience and the internal administration environment.

Beyond the user interface, the project required a structured application architecture capable of supporting a subscription-based business model.

This included managing account permissions, defining feature availability for different plans, restricting access for free users, and creating a separate administration system.

The internal ticket management functionality was also integrated directly into the platform, allowing support operations to be handled within the same environment.

The objective was to create a product structure that could support future features and business growth without compromising the simplicity of the user experience.

The result is a complete SaaS application that combines proposal management, client organization, subscription functionality, and internal administration in a unified digital product.
