In this extensive project, I led the development of a high-end e-commerce platform for Moda Operandi, catering to a niche market of luxury fashion consumers. The site featured an exclusive collection of luxury brands, supported by an infrastructure optimized for high performance and secure transactions. The project encompassed the full-stack development of the platform, including advanced features like a custom recommendation engine, live video showcases of products, and a VIP customer area with personalized shopping services. The frontend was meticulously crafted to reflect the sophistication of the luxury brands, with a focus on a clean, engaging user experience and mobile responsiveness. Backend processes were optimized for fast loading times and handling high-volume traffic during major fashion releases and sales events. The platform successfully positioned Moda Operandi as a premier destination for luxury fashion online, enhancing brand visibility and customer loyalty.
