The Challenge Fitness coaches needed a high-conversion lead magnet that could visually demonstrate potential results to clients before they signed up for a program.

The Solution I built a web application that takes a user's current photo and generates a realistic "post-transformation" image. This required orchestrating multiple AI models within the Lovable environment to handle both the chat interface and the complex image generation pipeline.

Multi-Model Integration: Used Google Gemini 3.0 for the conversational interface and Nano Banana Pro for high-fidelity, realistic muscle and physique rendering.

Logic-Based Checkout: Developed a conditional flow where users view the generated result and are immediately presented with two tiered programmatic options via Stripe.

Seamless UX: Minimized latency between photo upload and generation to maintain user engagement.
