The Project
I managed the full marketing ecosystem for three distinct online education brands: FaceGo (Face Yoga), StepGo (Fitness), and Codimatica (Kids Coding).
The goal was simple: Scale revenue by combining aggressive media buying with high-volume creative testing.
The Work
I didn't just manage the ads; I built the assets that made the ads profitable.
1. Meta Ads Management ($40k+/month)
Managed monthly budgets exceeding $40,000 across Facebook and Instagram.
Handled full campaign structure: Testing (CBO), Scaling, and Retargeting.
Daily optimization of bids and placements to maintain ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
2. High-Performance Ad Creative I produced all creative assets in-house to ensure speed and performance:
Video Ads: Scripted and edited VSLs (Video Sales Letters) and AI-generated UGC to stop the scroll.
Static Ads: Designed high-contrast, benefit-driven images in Canva.
AI Integration: Used AI tools to generate unique visuals and avatars, lowering production costs while increasing output volume.
3. Full-Funnel Optimization
Wrote and designed high-converting landing pages for each offer.
Connected the ads to the website experience, ensuring consistent messaging from "Click" to "Purchase."
Set up pixel tracking to ensure accurate data reporting.
Key Results
Successfully managed profitable spend across three different niches (Beauty, Fitness, EdTech) simultaneously.
Developed a "Creative Testing Machine" workflow: launching new ad variations weekly to fight ad fatigue.
Proved that high-quality creative is the biggest lever for lowering CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
