PSB Bank Loan Refinancing Explainer

About the Project PSB Bank approached us to create an animated story about loan refinancing.

Instead of treating it as a dry financial product, we built the story around something personal – our own experience of renovating an apartment. Choosing materials, debating wall colors, managing costs, and dreaming about what life could look like after the renovation.

Those real emotions became the foundation of the script.

Visual Style We combined modern illustration with a subtle retro aesthetic, adding depth, texture, and gentle animation to a flat visual language.

The style later gained attention in design media and helped the project receive recognition on Behance.

A Personal Twist In the story, the main character dreams of traveling to Bali. At the time, it was just a beautiful fantasy.

A couple of years later, we actually moved to Bali and lived there for six years.

Sometimes, when you put something personal into a project, the story finds its way back into real life.
