About the Product Career.io is a career platform that helps people move through the full job-search journey – from creating a resume to finding jobs, tracking applications, and preparing for interviews.

Project Challenge The challenge was to explain a complex product ecosystem in a clear, engaging, and visually consistent way across multiple touchpoints.

The videos needed to work for different audiences and formats – from B2C explainers and onboarding content to B2B versions, investor presentations, product UI, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Creative Approach We developed a visual storytelling approach built around a “magic ball” metaphor – a simple, memorable device representing the user’s career journey and the idea of seeing the next step more clearly.

This helped connect different videos into one recognizable motion language, while still allowing each format to serve its own purpose.
