I’m starting a new series: “Things I Notice as an Accountant.” 👀
When you look at business numbers every day, you start to see patterns.
Some are small. Some quietly cost founders a lot of money.
Things like: → A bank balance that looks healthy but isn’t really “yours” to spend → Personal and business expenses sitting in the same account → Reports that exist, but nobody reads them → Tax deadlines that only get attention a week before they’re due
Most of these aren’t big mistakes. They’re habits, and habits are easy to fix once you can see them.
So in this series, I’ll share one simple observation at a time: ✅ What I noticed ✅ Why it matters for your business ✅ What you can do about it
No jargon. No lectures. Just practical points from real books, to help you make better decisions with your numbers.
📌 Follow along so you don’t miss the next one. 💬 Tell me in the comments: what’s one money habit in your business you wish someone had pointed out sooner?
I’ll cover the best ones in upcoming posts. 👇
Episode 1 coming soon.
