Successfully led the selection and implementation of a new ERP system (Acumatica) across 25 entities following multiple acquisitions. Delivered the project within 3 months, ensuring readiness for year-end close.

Assessed business needs & led ERP evaluation and selection
Consolidated data from QuickBooks, Sage, and Intacct
Designed and implemented chart of accounts across all entities
Migrated 7 years of historical data
Initially implemented General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash modules
Subsequent implementations included Procurement and Purchasing, Inventory Management and Expense Management Modules
Built automation tools & integrated banking data
Delivered stakeholder training & custom reporting solutions
Result: Streamlined financial operations across 15+ healthcare entities, improved data visibility, and positioned the organization for scalable growth.
