8. Leads AS-IS and Show and Tell sessions to demonstrate D365 features and capabilities.
9. Configures and prepares customization specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and HR to achieve business requirements.
10. Coordinates and tests integration with other applications and track issues in Azure Boards.
11. Effectively collaborates with other support teams to resolve customer issues.
12. Provides training to clients' key and end-users for successful adoption and usage of the product.
