Mirvac: Intranet & Digital Transformation

I partnered with the Digital Solutions team of a Tier 1 Australian property group to enhance and support their enterprise intranet and digital forms portal. Operating as an embedded extension of the internal team, I provided on-demand capacity, technical expertise and solution architecture to accelerate delivery and improve usability.

Augment internal team capacity to meet tight delivery timelines. Modernise the intranet experience across navigation, content and performance, streamline processes by digitising forms across HR, Finance, Property Management and Legal, and ensure long-term maintainability through clean architecture and handover standards.

Reusable custom web parts and components supporting intranet UX improvements, alongside advanced digital forms with complex logic, approvals and integrations built on SharePoint and custom AngularJS. Legacy components refactored for speed and mobile responsiveness, with documentation, templates and patterns delivered to support internal upskilling.

Embedded delivery model operating as an extension of the internal Digital Solutions team, with weekly sprint check-ins and aligned priorities. Built on the Microsoft stack across SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, delivered incrementally in line with stakeholder feedback and evolving requirements.

Supported delivery of more than 20 digital forms and workflows within 6 months, reducing turnaround time for business process requests by up to 60%. Enhanced the employee experience with a faster, more intuitive intranet, and enabled internal teams to manage and extend solutions independently through documentation and training.
