Airtable to store client data, issue forms to videographer and clients to collect relevant information, and update relevant fields for Videographer availability and client preferences
Airtable Automations used to send forms on scheduled timeframe based on date of event client booked
Zapier to automate email communications to Client, Videographers, and Editor, sending calendar invitations for booking timeframes, and creating/updating Dropbox for asset management
