Cozy Havens Centre is a registered real estate company and property market place in Nigeria that focuses on providing professional, confidential and personalized service for both home seekers and investors.

They required a website to not only showcase their services but also serve as a listing platform and sales funnel to identify and acquire potential buyers and investors interested in their portfolio. The goal of the project was to seamlessly connect all lead forms to their internal CRM (privyr CRM), allowing the sales team to efficiently manage communication with their leads. They also needed search engine optimization, Google profile automation and conversion rate optimization.

My role as a web development consultant involved the end-to-end process of designing, developing, and maintaining Cozy Havens Centre's website, with a focus on lead generation, SEO, CRO, Google profile automation, and achieving optimal core web vitals scores across all pages. Also, implemented strategically placed lead forms across the website to capture potential home seekers and investors. Also, integrated Privyr CRM to enable seamless data transfer and efficient lead management by the sales team.
