Launch of nonprofit organization

I am responsible for preparing the agenda, leading board meetings, and ensuring follow-up on discussed items for effective implementation. In addition to these responsibilities, I also attend meetings to promote our non-profit organization. This combined role allows me to effectively manage and promote our organization's mission and goals.
