Learning Animation on a Deadline and Consolidating a Brand That Lived in Six Files. Project Details — Client: Ketryx · Collaboration with Wizardly · Lead Designer · Art Direction · Motion Design · 2024–2025. What this case study covers — I worked with Ketryx from 2024 to 2025, first through two separate engagements and then through an ongoing design subscription. The work covered branding, a website refresh, the design system, multiple animation projects, and everything needed to keep a growing company in market. This case study focuses on two pivotal parts: learning motion design for the hero animation and consolidating a brand that had grown across six files.
Animation focus — Learning motion on a deadline. The homepage needed to show that AI had been part of the Ketryx product all along. The hero used a bento layout where a user chats with an agent and the dashboard updates in response. It had to be built as two animations that development could assemble into one connected experience.
Storyboarding before animation — We outlined every step in Figma with the client while the concept and messaging were still being approved. That locked the design and copy before motion work began, kept revisions focused on timing, and helped me organize the files so they would transfer cleanly into Jitter.

Design system focus — After several engagements, the brand was living across six files. I built one reference both teams could use to keep every touchpoint consistent.
One shared source of truth. By 2025, the brand was spread across three internal files plus separate client-facing marketing and web files. The refresh had changed enough that staying consistent meant knowing which source to trust and which parts were still current. I consolidated the current color system, typography, icons, illustrations, and usage rules into one Figma system. It gave our team and Ketryx the same reference, a reliable place to onboard new people, and a single source for the assets they needed.

From my first major motion project to a consolidated brand system, I helped Ketryx clarify its AI story and scale a consistent identity.
