Designed and developed an intuitive drag-and-drop interface for building complex workflows and forms.
Introduced A/B testing and product KPIs to refine UX and enhance adoption rates.
Designed and implemented Agile workflows to enhance collaboration and boost team productivity.
Balanced technical and project management responsibilities, overseeing code reviews, performance optimization, and resolving technical bottlenecks.This project enhanced Fujitsu’s BPMN platform, allowing organizations to rapidly digitize workflows, reduce development costs, and improve process efficiency.
