While working at the Alliance of Community Assistance Ministries, Inc. (ACAM), I was the point person for multiple simultaneous financial audits. ACAM is subject to federal, state, program, and internal audits depending on the type of grant that funds the various programs. Shortly after I assumed the responsibility of managing the Finance Department, ACAM went through 3 audits for different programs; two were by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and the other was a grant funded by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). A fourth audit, ACAM's own financial audit conducted by a third party auditing company, began while the other three were still ongoing. Coordinating the various requests by each auditor involved gathering, organizing and submitting thousands of documents. The audits all passed with zero findings.
