MyHiddenPaycheck is a U.S.-based startup on a mission to help employers showcase the full value of compensation beyond base salary. The client approached us with an idea for a SaaS platform that would provide both employers and employees with a clear view of “hidden” compensation components — such as taxes, insurance, benefits, and more.

They needed a reliable development partner to take the idea from concept to market — including branding, platform design, user roles, document automation, and payment integration.

Hidden Paycheck Reports: Dynamic, personalized PDF reports that visualize full compensation packages, including employer-side taxes, benefits, and bonuses.

Subscription Billing: Stripe-based monthly subscription model with tiered plans, free trial logic, and role-based access tied to active billing.

Employer Portal: Admin panel for managing employees, exporting reports, managing billing, and editing organization data.

AI-Powered Automation: Integrated AI for future modules like smart insights, report generation logic, and potential chat assistance.
